Full-Service Planning and Coordination

Our Full-Service Planning package is an asset to those who want to sit back, relax, and enjoy being engaged. This package can include unlimited communication, design with mood board, budgeting, access to our preferred vendor list, wedding day timelines, “to do” list supervision, vendor selection and management, menu finalizing, attendance at vendor meetings, walk through of reception space, accommodation booking, rehearsal timeline, contract reviewal, on-site wedding day coordinator, and all the little details between.

Partial Planning Package and Coordination

Our Partial Planning Package is for those who have selected their wedding day team and planned the majority of design and details, but need some help and guidance pulling it all together. This package can include unlimited communication, access to our preferred vendor list, wedding day timelines, last three month “to do” list supervision, attendance at final vendor meetings, final walkthrough of reception space, accommodation booking, rehearsal timeline, on-site wedding day coordinator and more!

Day of Coordinating Package

Our Day of Package allows you to be present and relaxed every moment of your wedding day, with on-site wedding day staffing we are at the service of your vendors, family members and there for anything that may come up so you can be relaxed and focused on your wedding day. This package can include unlimited communication, access to our preferred vendor list, final vendor communication, wedding day timeline, placement of person items at reception space, day-of errand running, and an on-site wedding day coordinator.
